Spring Break
It turns out that Cornell’s spring break matches up with the first week of Williams’ spring break. I’m pretty much expected to stick around and do research (going well, by the way!) but I was thinking of taking off to go visit my sister at Williams on the weekend of 16 March. She can show me the new-Baxter and I can redeem my little free grilled honey bun coupon and then she’ll go gallivanting off for break and I’ll go back to work.
Just a little shout out to see if anyone else has anything similar in mind.

Well, okay, I recently found out I have a 48-hour take-home midterm exam (for some reason they call midterms ‘prelims’ here, WTF) that will probably be due around 2-4 PM that Friday. So unless I finish it in under 10 hours from when it’s assigned, it really won’t be worth it for me to drive to Williams since I’d only get to see Leah for abut two hours before she’d be kicked out of her dorm. Along with the rest of anybody I might want to visit, with the exception of profs, and who knows what they do over Spring Break!
